About the Author
Alli is a Certified Nutritionist and yoga instructor and has been making smoothies for her family for many years. She has been studying nutrition since the fourth grade, when she fell in love with the subject during her first health class. She majored in nutrition in undergraduate at Colorado State University and graduate school at Bastyr University and has worked in restaurants and cafés, in nutrition research, for food websites, was a judge on a cooking show on the CW, and currently has a weekly YouTube nutrition show. She loves taking long walks everyday, cooking, listening to and reading books, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Burien, Washington with her husband and son.
